I ordered an upgrade from medium fibre to high fibre on the 30th Dec but still only getting 38mb download speed have been in contact with tech department but not much help said to wait a few days and try speed test again its already been a week service should have taken 48hrs to start anyone have any clue as to why im not getting what I have paid for? I was sent an email of how to set up fibre broadband but thats not helped at all im not an idiot have some knowledge of setup and all is fine at my end as the openreach engineer installed it.
