Broadband miss selling

I took the broadband large package last month and was told by the salesman and tech engineer my line would get a minimum of 48 MB. It is actually averaging between 25 MB and 30MB. I talked to tech support again today but they informed me my max speed will be 25MB to 30MB (I had 36 MB with BT before I switched to talktalk so know this is not correct). I then tried to downgrade my package to the 36MB service as I was missold but was disconnected twice and could not do this. I would have taken the 36MB package in the 1st place as this was also half price and would have saved me money each month. Please downgrade my package ASAP and refund me anything extra I was miss sold. Please resolve this now as I am becoming very dissolutioned with talktalk and believe you are now in breach of contract. I was also charge £26 for a phone call after I was transferred to your South African call centre for a 28 minute call. I also want this refunded.
