Modem log file shows instrusions..??

Hi, Having just these past few days gone live with fibre braodband, I was looking through the modem's settings today & noted a few security log entries that puzzle me:

Intrusion -> src=186.116.19.59 DST=62.64.243.70 LEN=56 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=47 ID=15721 DFPROTO=TCP SPT=51065 DPT=23 WINDOW=5

Would this be BT Openreach engineers testing on the line or anything else..??
