Not so much a question as a series of reports, here I plan to post some Speedtest results to showcase the progress of upgrading to Fibre Medium.
I'll begin with two tests I made before Go Live.
Test 1: Before making any changes. Router is via Extension line & micro filter:
Test 2: After removing the Bell Wires. (Router still via Extension line & filter):
As you can see, we got a significant improvement on standard Broadband speeds. I encourage others to look into this easy improvement! It was a little faster when I tested it direct to the Master socket, ping wise and Mb/s. Note that the 2nd test was taken in the evening, the 1st in the morning, so it is all the more impressive, relatively speaking.

And now for a diary of my Fibre Medium, starting with an hour after the Go Live message was received:
Day 1, Morning: Using the Extension socket and micro-filter, with gray broadband cable and Cat5e Ethernet wired.
To my very pleasant surprise, I am getting very nearly the full promised speed even at my Extension. Plans are in motion to make it possible to plug my router directly into the Master socket soon. New electric outlets and a faceplate are coming.
[More updates to follow, including any change on prior line drops we had on standard Broadband.]
Comments, questions and shared experiences are encouraged. I'm new to these forums, but a few Community Stars here have been a huge help with my connection issues so far. If you have a problem with your service that needs addressing, however, a new thread requesting OCE help should be made. Only takes 2 clicks to make one. Hope this helps others!
