Hi, I recently upgraded to Fibre Large after previously being on medium for the past 18 months or so. Unfortunately I am getting pretty much the exact same download and upload speeds - 33 meg down and 3 meg up. Whilst I would never expect 76 meg download, I'd expect well over 50.
I have tried the speed test both wired and wireless with pretty much the same results. I have done the usual power off of both the router and the openreach modem (overnight, so longer than the recommended 20 minutes) and no change. I have also bypassed the router and connected the PC direct to the modem and still 33 meg download.
Could someone from talktalk check that my Fibre Large service has been activated and also run a speed check on my line please? Or can anyone suggest anything else I could do?
