Not happy, less than 24 hours after being switched over to fibre... connection drops every 20 mins or so, sometimes just repetedly for an hour. Checked the log on the router, says (error_no_carrier)
i know that could mean the noise on the line is too high, but i cant figure out why.
I have had problems with Talk Talk for almost half a year now.... with no resolution. Same process over and over again.
I am not doing this forever.... either you give me a working internet connection as your contracted to do or you let me leave the contract penalty free as per the law.
Ideally i dont want to leave but if you cant sort the problem then i have no choice. And i am definatly not paying any more money on this.
Ive tested all my equiptment to make sure - no problem
tested another router - no problem
new cables, new microfilter, its driving me mad
The master socket is less than a year old, so id doubt it is that
any help much apreciated
