still not very quick after going to fibre , think i might cancel

hi ive moved onto fibre and am still in my cancel period as im not impressed at all with the speeds im only getting upto 20mbps slowest was 12 mbps , wish i hadnt upgraded now , im still within my cancelation period so can i cancel , i upgraded to stream films but it still buffers , no good at all
