I have a faster fibre contract of upto 38Mbs. Until recently I was receiving download speeds of 28 to 32Mbs without any dropouts. However since returning from holiday in early October I started to experience dropouts - having to reboot my router to reconnect to the internet and my speed dropped to between13.5 to 14.2Mbs.
I rang support re the drop outs and drop in speed and after a lot of testing I was told my Huawei 633 super router was faulty and was sent a replacement Dlink DSL 3782. I installed the new router and gave it a few days to see if the speed would improve. Sadly this has not happened.

My Modem is connected to the master socket. There are no phone extensions in the house.
As you cans from the above my line appear to be at syncing at 14999 mbs for download - nowhere near the 38Mbs I should be receiving, (oddly the upload speed is 5Mbs) and the SNR margin seems high.
I have on a number of occasion, including today, turned my router off for 30 minutes to see if it would reconnect at a higher speed without success.
It would appear that there is a fault on my line, although I do not appear the have any problems with voice. Can someone check my line and see if this fault can be rectified
