I would like to raise a complaint if possible due to the rediculous service i have had as a talktalk customer, i have been getting shocking speeds for approximately 3 months now and nothing has still be done about it. 2 incidents have been raised and they are all closed even when i have notified technical support and stated that nothing has changed and the connection is still bad!!!
I have been promised numerous call backs and i have even been told that they have escalated the problem to managers and also the priority has been adjusted so it will get solved much quicker, but nothing has happened?!?!
the last time i spoke to a representative i told them to make a note that i will be moving ISP because i been guaranteed a much better speed! so if this does not get sorted i will be moving elsewhere.
I am paying £30 a month for my medium fibre and im still getting 20mb rather than 38mb even though i live down the road from the local exchange!!!!!! so i am paying £10 extra a month for an extra 2mb from my simply broadband package... its a major rip off if i am honest, I dont appreciate it paying an extra bulk a month and its just pointless! also the staff in technical support are absolutely useless, all they keep doing is asking the same questions so its bound to be off a script or something, they never help at all....
I would like this to be passed on to the CEO's office please! i have been on the contact us section of the website and there is no link to complain via email.
