Gun to HEAD

Migration date to fibre was Wedneday

- same day as the talktalk supoprt servers died

- turns out my router (new one sent) insists on connecting over ADSL

- staff tell me some error, not sure where as should be on firbe now

- then told wait 72 hours while someone does something

- account team refuse to say y/n if i am meant ot pay for a service that has not gone line, and outright refuse to qualify anything on email to me

 

SUGGESTIONS?

 

I just said I wanted to be reverted back to the el crappy 4Mbit ADSL I was on on the 14th, and they now want to say I may be forced into a 18 montyh contract, yet they have never delivered the service.

 

Would simply moving to BT right now resolve this?

- hours wasted talking to people sho seem unable to cope with an IT person phoning them, seem to expect it must be user error. The pointless text message saying something may happen is rubbish.
