Hello this is my first time post.
I have recently subscribed to TalkTalkFibre broadband from Standard.
On Standard I was getting 13 mbps - on Fibre I am getting between 12 and 19 mbps.
It was advertised that I should get up to 38 mbps - clearly my speed is falling far short of this.
Can anyone explain why and how I can get a better speed from TalkTalk?
It hardly seems worthwhile upgrading to only get a slightly better speed. I feel cheated !!!
All checks have been done - new filters, main socket, no other devices - as I said my Standard broadband was quite good as had no issues with that at all. I upgraded to get Fibre and a speed closer or equal to that advertised. I am paying more and feel that I am getting a raw deal from TalkTalk.
This itself is a shame as I have been a good customer for several years now.
