move to the talktalk july 2015. but many times problem for the internet connection or even talktalk customer service very slow to sort it out. last saturday happen my fibre broadband can not open internet. but internet is connection,as I can use phone what's up. and imessage. do not know why. check the google may problem DNS problem but try to change it ,still problem there. now report to Talktalk they will check it and call me back within 48 hours. but I do not think they will call me back, cause I have many times experience before. I will try call them tomorrow and book engineer visit. I tried use back up brand new talktalk hg633 router, turn off router leave 30mins.but still same problem ,now I have to use my housemate BT broadband . anyone same problem.
