I have noticed that the wifi speed has decreased over the past month or so.
I have the medium fibre package and used to get wifi speeds of around 30mb. Recently this has dropped to to around 20mb (1/3 reduction)!
I logged an incident via support desk and have had several calls trying to convince them that nothing has changed at me end and if there is a fault it must be at the exchange or in the road up to our house.
I previously had a HG533 router/Openreach modem - support said that tests on the line were fine and suggested sending a new router. I now have a HG633 installed but this appears to have made no difference at all and the stats show numerous errors (similar to a lot of other people who have the HG633 router). The router is plugged in the master socket (as always).
I am posting this to see if others have/are experiencing similar issues as I am unhappy to be paying for a service that has deteriorated drastically.
Any support/advice would be appreciated.
