I moved house last week and used the moving house service from Talk Talk. The order go live date indicated in the request and on the order tracker webpage was for today 02-02-2016.
On the order tracker it says I am all ser and live but the service is not actually live, and when i call the support phone the recorded message says it will not go live until the 4th. I have tried calling support to ask more information, but it goes to a message saying they are now closed, and the chat functionality never has anyone available.
Just venting. I am a remote worker and hate having to spend another couple of day working from a coffee shops to use their WiFI because of inefficiencies in TalkTalk's process.
