Medium Fibre slow speeds

Hi I am currently having intermittent and slow wifi, I registered this issue with the Network Team Ref # INC 000013112120 the Network Team has sent a text asking if my problem has been FIXED or NOT FIXED? I am unsure what to reply?

I have unplugged the Router and Openreach Moden as suggested on TT website, the connection appears more stable but the speed has dropped from 20 Mbps down 1.67 Mbps up, to 8 Mbps down 1.07 Mbps up.

 

I have conducted various speed test using OOKLA & BTWholsale on different browsers and the results are similar.

 

My question is  'shoudl I reply immediately to the Network Team or wait a while longer to see if things improve?
