Had a Talktalk engineer out today. Was supposed to check my youview box which had an intermittent fault. Looked at my TPlink connectors and said "I know its not working because of the lights - it's not a talktalk issue" Went to youview box "I know it won't connect" so it connected fine - no comment. "It's connected so it must be OK" - told him it was an intermittent fault "It's the TPLink connection - you should have a talktalk one - its faulty" Told him that when the youview box fails the Smart TV (on the same link) works fine - " Can't explain that - your TPlink is faulty so can't do anything"
Total idiot - typical of Talktalk service
