I was connected on the 19 Jan and informed I would get 38Mb down and 2Mb up., And I was very pleased to find my down speed was at 37Mb and the up was 1.8M. These speeds held up very well , they were solid, until the 9 Feb, when, sadly speeds have now fallen as low as 8Mb, rarely achieve 33Mb and hang around 26Mb most of the time, While the upload speeds are now just diabolical at anything from 0.4Mb to 1.3Mb, but mostly below 0.9Mb.
And what do you know, the TT superfast fibre service lasted just enough time to pass the 14 day cancellation period!!!!
Look at that upload!!!!!!
