Dear Talk Talk people
I have been using Talk Talk for a week and most things are working pretty well. Thank you. However, my download speed, peaking at about 64 Mbps, is disappointed given that with BT I was acheiving above 75 Mbps using the BT Wholesale speed checker.
I am given to understand that both Talk Talk and BT use the same Openreach infrastructure to access the internet. Please can you explain to me why my speed is lower and whether you can do anything to allow me to achieve BT type speeds?
