I have the HG635 Super Router. Suddenly the 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi Channel has failed. Devices connected to the router by Ethernet or the 5Ghz Wi-fi Channel still access the internet absolutely fine.
I have multiple devices that are only able to use the 2.4Ghz Channel and all are effected (Moto G phones, Lenovo Tablet etc). I suspect the HG635 has failed (2.4Ghz channel only) although TalkTalk won't send a replacement until after an engineer visits in 10 days.
Any other ideas?
