Over the last 18 months or so I have had many faults on my phone line resulting in drop outs and slow speeds. Recently it was impossibe to connect to broadband if the phone was being used along with multiple drop outs mostly at peak times. Openrech have been sent to fix the line in the last couple of days but a sudden drop in speed makes me suspicious that I have been swapped back onto a standard copper line so I wanted to know if there is any way of knowing.
When I first got fibre my speeds were appox 30 down and 1.9 up then over time this reduced to 20 down and 1.2 up and after the fix I am now on 10 down and 0.7 up.
