Hi - the speed from my Talktalk fibre broadband has reduced from around 49Mbps to 2.34Mbps (upload 12.02Mbps and ping 32ms according to Speedtest.net). I carried out the test after general web browsing became sluggish, and downloading the latest iTunes 12.x installation took 25 mins.
I turned off my HG633 router at 15.30 today and restarted it at 16:15 after checking cables were seated correctly. The voice line is clear - no cracking or other noise. Any idea whats caused this severe slowdown?
