I upgraded to medium fibre in January happy with 36meg,in March speed dropped to 20meg.Ring support line go through all the checks, they send a Bright spark he checks everything again fiddles with the router tells me to give it a week if no change to ring again. Ring support same questions same answers tell them I need a update or new router as per Bright spark advice, told they would monitor the line over several days to find the fault ? Called twice more same questions same answers speed still the same. Fed up now can I have a update or a router that works please. Cheers Waggy69.
