I was expecting someone to install my internet yesterday between 8 and 1 - took the morning off work. Had confirmation email and text. Text gave a mobile which wasn’t valid. Someone eventually turned up near 6pm and said he couldn’t do it as there was an error and it was getting late, Said someone would come today. No sign of anyone today. Had an email to congratulate me on my new service!? Major lack of communication and wondering what is happening and when will I be getting internet?
