Broadband Down

Hi

I reported a fault yesterday afternoon. Internet came back on around 9pm. Got an email to say it had been fixed. Came down this morning to see orange light on the router and no internet. Trying to run a check on the line to report the problem but can't past step 1 of 2 using the TT tool. Puts me on a loop back to the beginning each time so I can't report the new fault! Please help!!
