Hello,
I am currently using the modem that I was provided with when I first upgraded to the fibreoptic service, initially it worked fine, however at intervals it now seems to be dropping its connection to the internet, the relevant light going red momentarily before eventually going green again (sometimes this takes a few seconds, other times it can be 15-30 minutes).
Is it possible for TalkTalk to send me a replacement modem?
