Speed check

When attempting a broadband speed test using the speed checker on MyAccount I receive the message 'Sorry we can't run a speed test from your location. Please make sure you are at home when you run this test'. I am at home, on my one and only computer. I have run this test last night and this morning with the same result. Any help out there?
