I am supposed to have fibre, yet for the last month I have been slowly dropping speed until this week which has recieved the award of being an all time low of 7-8mb.
I am fed up to the back teeth of writing these threads, I think this is possibly the 4th one in the time I have been a customer and its quite frankly unacceptable. I should be charging you lot for my time in having to keep contacting Talk Talk to sort out your pathetic service.
I am an IT professional who works from home regularly and requires a strong connection... pausing a 480p to wait for it to buffer is ridiculous.
Would someone please explain to me why my service is so unreliable and get this resolved asap or advice me how to end my contract because this is not fair and not what I am paying you lot for.
