Inconsistent Speeds and Ping

Hi there,

For the past few weeks our internet connection at home has been incredibly inconsistent,

ouur speeds have been  droping from around 24 mb into the kb range and ping has been spiking randomly whilst no strain has been put onto the network

This has caused problems when streaming videos online, gaming and general surfing the internet.

You can see from this screen cap that sometimes no response is even given

Sometimes the speed actually gets lower than this.

These issues were tested wired and wirelessly and both get similar results
