VERY slow Fibre I have put my router settings on can someone tell me if these figures are bad please

Hi

I switched from Sky ADSL where i was getting around 16mb down and 08mb up to TT fibre.

 

Live was estimated to be 15-28 down....

 

however any test run be it wired/wireless master socket or normal i am getting around 10.5 down and 0.45 up, which is far slower than my old ADSL.  whilst the download is annoying, the slow upload is killing my connection.

 

I have looked in my router after a reboot, tho have read here it really needs to be of for 30 mins so will turn off over night.

 

in the mean time how do these numbers look - note my downloads are not even close to the ones listed below
