Hi I reallywant to upgarde to fibre but it says that it is unavailbe at my address despite it being available in my next door neighbours house either side??
Also when I go on the upgrade pages it states that I need to wait 3 months for an upgarde. Do I have to have been with the service for 3 months before upgarding seems crazy that I would want to spend more money a month but have to wait?
