Since switching to TalkTalk, I've been having problems with connecting to VPN on work laptops, which seems to be a widespread issue reading the forum comments.
The issue with connecting to Cisco AnyConnect seems to have been resolved following an upgrade to v1.20t, however my partner still cannot connect to his work VPN using Juniper Networks Connect software. A timeout error occurs after entering login credentials, giving error "Connection attempt timed out: (nc.windows.app.23704)".
My partner can connect to using other non-TalkTalk internet connections (library, coffee shops etc), so the problem is clearly with our router.
Greatful for any advice on how we can get this resolved.
