VPN connection problem - HG633 firmware

Hello ,

I am having similar problems to many other users with a VPN connection since upgrading to fibre broadband and changing to the HG633 router.  I believe I am need of a firmware upgrade!  Please can one of the fabulous OCE members help me?

My situation seem to exactly match the following community posts, in that one member of the household needs to connect with Cisco Any Connect v3.1.01065 is currently unable to;

but with the added complication of another member of the household connecting to a Juniper Network Connect v8.0.9.34269 (currenty working):
