I work from home sometimes and need to be able to access work via a VPN secure token. I have seen lots of other posts regarding this on the site but I have the problem of talktalk not being able to access the router settings - or so they tell me - and I am unable to access my laptop setting as I work as part of the NHS and we are all hosted so are not authorised to alter any settings.
TalkTalk have told me the problem is because of a dynamic IP address but I am able to access work and all the drives etc there if I connect via the ethernet cable - with a dynamic IP address - with no problem.
I have ven treid speaking to suuport at Huawei - waste of breath and I have no idea where they even are.
Please help
