Connection keeps dropping.

Hello,

Since Wednesday I have been experiencing connection drop-outs. Initially, I thought that from the day that I reported the issue (Wednesday the 17th of August), of course, I had it escalated to the networking team from customer service contactable via phone. Openreach apparently fixed something in the exchange by Friday. However, this was not the case as it seems. So I called on Friday to report to an agent that there was still a fault, I had an engineer booked for Monday to come and check for faults at both the premesis and at the local exchange; I then called again the next day to tell them that there was still a fault, because I had text 'FIXED' and then 'NOT FIXED'' to the engineering number, which must've cancelled my booking with them for Monday.

That agent apparently found out that it was something to do with a wire dropping at the local exchange; which apparently Openreach had already fixed. So I finally got an appointment booked for......Wednesday the 24th of August. So that means, I get to be without service for a week, which is completely ridiculous, totally frustrating, and I don't understand why it takes five additional days (from the Friday I had an engineer re-booked for Wednesday) to come and fix a connection that was dropping, probably because of a minor fault at the exchange.

Now, I'm not clueless at all; I do everything from programming to network management to physical device management as a hobby, and I intend to do one of those things as a career too. I do not believe for one second, that an engineer cannot simply come out, take a look at the exchange, remember that their customers; the ones that keep them in a job, are having a fault, and fix it. This is all rather annoying to me, and I'd like something done. I've come to the community, because I've had enough of wasting my breath with your call agents.

Now, the logs don't go back past the 20th of August, because I decided I'd had enough of it, and I wanted to see what factory resetting the router would do; nothing more. Still about an hour of internet for every 7+ hours without internet. Great ratio.
