HG635 admin access issue

Hi,

I have tried to login to the 192.168.1.1 website/ip address but seem to have forgotten my password. The password admin, as specified on the router, doesn't work and my usual passwords have just resulted in me timing out my access to it. I have the HG635 router and followed the instructions on the web page to do a factory reset but have done this 4 times and nothing has changed.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
