Fibre Upgarde

I'm having difficulty upgrading to fibre.

 

Fibre is available in my area but when I try to upgrade online I just get a meassage saying that freeview is not available in my area and therefore i Cant upgarde. Im not sure what relevance this has to fibre broadband. Also I find it strange as I already have TalkTalk TV Youview which uses freeview so quite clearly it is available in my area.

 

I called up to upgrade and was initially told that there was an oustanding balance on my account. No problem I said as it was being cleared by direct debit the next day. The operator agreed to call back when the issue had cleared.

 

The next day the operator called back and we went through the setup. At the end of this conversation I was told that there was still an error on my account and to hold the line. After 10 mins on hold I was cut off and have not heard anything since.

 

Please could somebody helped. I really need fibe as the standard broadband speed are not enough for my household.
