Red internet light, no internet for 6 days and no updates from TalkTalk

Hello, we have had no internet for 6 days now, with no update at all from TalkTalk. Our fibre connection only went live 12 days ago, worked ok for almost a week and then we have had a red internet light ever since.  Whenever I call them I am told to wait 24 or 48 or even 72 hours for an update that never comes. I rang up earlier and was told that it would be fixed in 8 hours. I then rang up a little later and there was no record of this call. I have just spoken to the Faults Managment Team who have said its a radius problem which requires a manual fix which could 'take some time'. I have yet again been told I will get another update in 48 hours. How can I escalate this and make a formal complaint please?
