Hi,
I'm having a few issues with fairly frequent random sync dropouts. This morning router ( HG633 ) broadband light continually flashing, Internet light , nothing, not even red ?
I tried a completely different router, micro filter connected to the NTE5 master socket ( faceplate off ) still no connection
No issues with phone line
An automated line checks was carried out and I called for the result, whilst on line to CS internet light came on on router.
Still unsure of outcome of line check as CS agent working from script 
and continued to raise a fault
Router currently in sync OK
Could an OCE check this for me please, as there is still an incident number against this. INC000014120638
