My neighbour is with bt and was getting 5mbs over the last month. I arranged with bt for openreach to check the close and low and behold the pair she was connected to in the close was damaged. She now gets 20+ mbs.
I have complained to talktalk many times since moving here and get 2-7mbs on fibre.
I have set up a new complaint as i get other peoples internet fixed but cant get my own.
I know in 48 hours you will phone me back and say "the lines good and thats the speed it can take".
What doesnt make sense is out of the 16 houses in my close, my line is the weakest.
When will you send a openreach engineer to re wire my line to one of the last 3 pairs left in the close.
If the issue cannot be resolved soon i will have to escalate the issue or switch to bt.
