Hi, last week I was connected by cable and I didn't have any problems but now I can't be connected by cable and I have to use wifi. Also on my PC and xbox one in games like for example Fifa 17 I have lags but connection is stable, I checked my connection in xbox one and it shows ping like 157ms all the time, I don't know where is problem but download and upload shows good. Problem is that router is not in my room because I'm not owner of agreement so I don't have acces to change anything in admin settings so if you want to verify that I'm using this please ask me on private message, it's very important for me because I can't play any games. Additional I can say that we switched a few days ago from standard broadband to super fibre and upload and download is alright but like I said in games it's unplayable for me if I'm connected by wifi; also on pc and xbox one.
