Long story short. Had a few issues with my Fibre connection since install. We had 2 days of myself resetting my router due to being supplied two faulty unit.
I've spoken to your webchat team a few times who want me to keep waiting but i would like to request a DLM reset. Im pretty sure its set my line to a slow speed and im only getting 16mbit download and 1.2mbit upload
