Migrated from BT to TT today (38mb fttc). Broadband light is green and if I look on the router status it's synced fine to the cab. The internet light is Red and it has ip4v connecting in the status then disconnected. Customer service say the account is set to inactive. Is it likely to be activate by midnight or is that unlikely now? Every time I've migrated in the past it's working by lunch so I'm getting a little concerned being nearly 6pm. Any ideas anyone?
