Hi,
I have been without internet now for 2 days. It was working fine Sunday night but when i woke up Monday morning the internet light on the modem was red and i had no internet connection. I have turned it off for 30 minutes and also tried resetting the router.
I contacted talktalk via telephone and also online chat but they could not detect any issues with my line. They are sending out a replacement router as the support person believes it is a fault with the router. Hopefully i will receive this tomorrow and it will fix the problem but to be honest i am not holding my breath.
Would it be possible for someone from TalkTalk community to check my line? I have always found this forum to be the best way to fix any issues i have had in the past with my service.
Also if anyone on here has had the same problem and they can advise that would be great.
