Fibre not working, No internet at all since change over date.

Hi, I've upgrade to fibre and the live date was 04th Novemeber. The line has changed and the new super router is connected. The vdsl is there at about 40m download and the broadband light is green. The internet light is red and no connection is showing in the web gui.

 

I rang talktalk on the 05th who said the router was at fault and they would send me a new one. In the mean time I have bought a TP Link 9970 with the latest firmware and have exactly the same results.

 

I rang again last night 07th and they have said there is a fault with the connection and would escalate the issue and contact  openreach. How long will I have to wait until openreach look at this issue?

 

By the way I have had to rejoin this forum using a different email address to post here as the activation email never came through to my tiscali email address no matter how many times I requested it to resend
