Super Router issue

Hi I've upgraded to super fast broadband and was told a super router would arrive in 3 to 5 working days. that was 13 days ago . after phoning 5 or 6 times being passed to up 5 different people each time .Then getting told on 3 different people my super router would arrive soon and it not turning up on any of the days they stated I phoned up yesterday again getting cut of 3 times then passed from pillow to post I finally got told no super router had been posted to me . so when I asked could you please send me one I was told no we will send you the same type as you already have ( take in mind it's the old type and not fit for purpose ) I was gobsmacked by this and the attitude of the person I was talking to . So my problem is still not resolved . I sent an e-mail to talk talk telling them all the above also telling them I would cancel my whole contract with them and as of yet had no reply . Judging the experience so far I'm not holding my breath. all I want is the super router that I asked for and also stated in the order e-mail I received after placing my order. can anybody suggest what I can do next please as its driving me mad . Thank you
