Brief Disconnections every 15 mins on my router

I had this exact problem a month or two ago, I was getting disconnected in 15 minute intervals, I complained to TalkTalk support on live chat and they suggested changing the microfilter which I did, seemed to fix the problem until this morning when the problem cropped up again.

I think there is a problem with my router (HG633) which is causing my microfilters to degrade quickly, I'm now out of spares and I can't stay connected to some games for more than 15 minutes as they depend on an constant connection.

Any help in getting this fixed would be appreciated.

Checked my router system logs and this message comes up every 15 minutes:
