Just joined in the hope that I might get some help with connectivity problems lacking via TT phone support.  Upgraded to Fibre large on 11 October as my connection speed was dreadful (4+ mbps) and have had nothing but problems since....

 

Am pretty appauled at how many problems similar to mine there are, when all the providers are selling fibre as the way to get better connectivity. Previously my connection was slow, but it worked 95% of the time...

 

My 20 days cancellation period lapsed while I was away (and I didn't have the upgrade until 14 days of the 20 day period had passed). Would dearly love to cancel and try a different provider. Anyone had better experience with other companies?
