PLEASE HELP!!

So i am a loyal customer to talktalk even though their internet, tv & cusomer service is 4/10. Despite my best judgement i signed up for talktalk fiber. I have now not had internet for 24 days. They wont let me cancel because i signed up in advance, even though my internet hasnt worked since i upgraded. The technical team usually puts the phone down after you ask them to cancel. Are all companies like this or just talktalk? Does anybody know how i can get out of my contract? I cant seem to get my point across to the non native english over the phone. 

 

If somebody from talktalk is reading this please respond, ideally english national or fluent speaking english.

(For the record im not racist but its like talking to a todler most of the time)
