i ordered talktalk on line 7 days ago the package I asked for was : fast fibre, phone and TV to include the entertainment package total price £33 per month. But on the order that came through on email confirmation told me I was getting the wrong tv package - just the standard package at £27 per month. Rang customer services and also did a live chat to get it sorted out - but got nowhere, one suggested wait till the account is live (25th Nov for phone and 2 Dec for TV) then get it sorted. To be honest doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence from customer services. Can anyone help with what I need to do to get it sorted. Cheers.
