No service no help

I have been going around in circles since 10am yesterday morning when I lost my service, the connection just keeps trying to redirect me to talk talk, I have tried phone, tried online help, tried Facebook and no one seems to be able to do anything apart from divert me to every department within talk talk towers, I do not owe anything on my account and believe I might actually be in credit yet no one seems to be able to remove this bar that is obviously on my account, I've been told 4 times the bar has been lifted(obviously not) been told to unplug the router for so long (doesn't work) been told openreach need to investigate(how can they investigate your restrictions?) been told to wait 24 hours(I did) been told to wait 24 hors again (erm no) I work from home and have now lost 2 days pay due to lack of serice,  you are quick enough to turn off the network so surely it shouldn't take that long to switch it back on!!!!
